Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
  • 2 Boxes of Mason Dixie Cheddar Chive Biscuits
  • ½ onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 C. sausage, cooked
  • ½ C. milk
  • 6 eggs

How to Bake

  • Thaw biscuits overnight in the fridge
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Sautee celery, onions and garlic
  • Cook sausage according to the package
  • Cut thawed Cheddar Chive Biscuits into fourths
  • Mix sauteed veggies, sausage and Biscuit dough
  • Put in dish and top with milk and egg mixture, finish with cheese
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown
  • Enjoy!
