How to Bake Cheddar Biscuit Crackers Thaw biscuit dough overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle flour on your work surface and roll out each biscuit out to about ¼ inch thick and cut into squares. Each biscuit should make about 8 crackers.
