How to Bake
Cheddar Biscuit Crackers
- Thaw biscuit dough overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Sprinkle flour on your work surface and roll out each biscuit out to about ¼ inch thick and cut into squares. Each biscuit should make about 8 crackers.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, brush the tops with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on the edges. Enjoy!
Bacon Sour Cream & Onion Dip
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, add the yellow onion and the white and light green parts of the green onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are fully caramelized (about 20 minutes).
- Add the garlic and balsamic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl mix the slightly cooled onions, sour cream, honey and spices until fully combined.
- Garnish with the reserved green onions. Enjoy!
