INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons 365 Everyday Value
Organic Cocoa Powder - 2 Tablespoons AP flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ Cups whole milk
- ½ teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons salted butter, cold
How to Bake
- Combine first four dry ingredients in a saucepan and whisk to combine
- Add milk, whisk until smooth and place over medium heat
- Stir constantly over the heat until the mixture becomes thick. Adjust heat so it doesn’t boil
- Pay close attention to the bottom and sides of the pan so it doesn’t stick and create lumps
- Once it’s as thick as you like it, remove from heat and stir in cold butter
- Serve over Mason Dixie biscuits!
