Hot Chocolate Biscuit Bombs

Makes 3 servings

Hot Chocolate Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 Box Mason Dixie Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 6 Large marshmallows
  • 1/3 C. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. cinnamon sugar
  • Oil

How to Bake

  • Thaw Biscuits overnight in the fridge
  • Rip open each marshmallow and fill with 5-6 chocolate chips then set aside
  • Flatten each thawed Biscuit out into a 5 inch circle in your hand, place a chocolate chip filled marshmallow in the center and close the edges, pinching to seal. It should form a Biscuit ball with no marshmallow or chocolate showing
  • Heat a pan over medium-heat with a couple inches of cooking oil
  • Fry the Biscuit bombs for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through
  • Roll the fried Biscuit bomb in cinnamon sugar and serve warm
  • Enjoy!
