Ingredients
- 1 Box Mason Dixie Buttermilk Biscuits
- 6 Large marshmallows
- 1/3 C. chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. cinnamon sugar
- Oil
How to Bake
- Thaw Biscuits overnight in the fridge
- Rip open each marshmallow and fill with 5-6 chocolate chips then set aside
- Flatten each thawed Biscuit out into a 5 inch circle in your hand, place a chocolate chip filled marshmallow in the center and close the edges, pinching to seal. It should form a Biscuit ball with no marshmallow or chocolate showing
- Heat a pan over medium-heat with a couple inches of cooking oil
- Fry the Biscuit bombs for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through
- Roll the fried Biscuit bomb in cinnamon sugar and serve warm
