- 8 Tbsp salted butter, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
How to Bake
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine
- Place mixture in a log form, wrapped in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Enjoy on your Mason Dixie Blueberry Lemon Scones or Buttermilk Biscuits!
