Ingredients

• 7 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
• 14 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 28 oz. jar of pimento, drained
• 1 1/3 C. mayonnaise
• 3 tsp. dry red chili flakes
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1  tsp. black pepper
