Sausage, Egg and Cheese Skillet


  • 1 box Mason Dixie Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits
  • ½ package Misfits Foods Sweet Potato and Chicken Sausage
  • ½ C. Miyoko’s Vegan Farmhouse Cheddar Shreds
  • 3 eggs
  • Copper Cow Classic Coffee
  • 1 T. butter

How to Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Bake Mason Dixie Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits according to package
  • While the biscuits are baking, fully cook the sausages 8-10 minutes over medium heat in a skillet
  • Leave the sausages in the skillet, melt 1 T butter, whisk eggs together and pour over the sausages. Cook eggs to desired consistency
  • Remove baked biscuits from the oven and serve all together
  • Prepare the Copper Cow Classic Coffee as directed--and enjoy the perfect breakfast or brunch!
