When we were creating our Breakfast Sandwiches, one of the most important non-negotiables we had was that our sandwiches NEEDED to use 100% Real Eggs only. None of that fake stuff.

Which is why it took us 5 YEARS to create the first ever clean label Breakfast Sandwich. 

Believe it or not, most sandwiches on the market do not use 100% Real Eggs. They use a combination of eggs, oils and egg protein powder. Yuck. 

Additionally, for the last few years many people have been shying away from eating egg yolks and utilizing only egg whites. Turns out that’s not great for you either. 

Egg yolks (and numerous other foods) are rich in healthy fats that help fill you up and keep you full throughout the day. By avoiding egg yolks you’re missing out on healthy fats and a whole host of vitamins like vitamin A, D, E, K and like all the B vitamins. 

So let’s bring back the egg! The real egg.
