- Mason Dixie Breakfast Sandwich
- 2 lbs tomatoes, diced
- 1 Large yellow onion, diced
- ¾ C. dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
How to Bake
- Reheat Breakfast Sandwich according to package
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan
- Boil for 15 mins then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until jammy.
- Top on your Breakfast Sandwich and enjoy!
