Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ c sour cream
- ½ c powdered sugar
- ½ c caramel sauce, divided
- ¼ c chocolate sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ c chopped pecans
- ½ c chocolate chips
How To Make
- Blend together softened cream cheese, sour cream, powder sugar, ¼ cup caramel, vanilla and salt using a stand mixer or handheld mixer. Blend until light and fluffy. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and swirl in the chocolate sauce and remaining caramel sauce into the cream cheese mixture. Top with more pecans and chocolate chips for garnish.
- Serve with warm Mason Dixie Buttermilk Biscuits, sliced apples, fresh berries and any of your favorite dippers.
